The Collectible Watch Co™ brand was established in 1993 by American watch designer

and producer John DeMatteo. He quickly teamed up with prestigious Swiss watch maker Gallet & Co.

(the oldest watch brand on earth) to launch the Legends in Time™ series, an exclusive

line of timepieces celebrating our great sports heroes, leaders and artists for the serious collector.

Bernard Gallet head the production of the limited edition timepieces. Watches were produced at factories

in La Chaux-de-fonds, Switzerland, and Besancon, France.

Starting with Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb our exclusive line has been featured since 1993

in print, television, sold in more than 100 stores and touted in trade publications as

"the best in the field"

With extensive experience in the sports collectible and watch industries, it was a natural for

this watch designer to join two great collectible markets so closely related together to create

a very special product line.

The Legends in Time™ series now feature original baseball and basketball cards.

Popular in their own right these memories from our past are elegantly encased into our exclusive

pocket watches and are hand assembled right here in Virginia, USA
